5 STEPS TO A BETTER BODY



5 Steps to a better body.....


Theses steps are what i consider 5 main steps that will help you get to the body you want!

1. Strength training/ Resistance training
Weight training is the most important part of training. You will transform and sculpt all your muscles. Push it and don't be afraid to switch up your routine.

2. Conditioning
As you continue your exercise regimen, your body begins to condition itself. You'll see improvements in your stretching, strength, and cardio.

3. Cardio
Cardio helps to build your endurance.  It also helps burn calories and melt away that stubborn fat!

4 .Nutrition
Eating as healthy as possible is definitely important. It doesn't only help you look better but feel better. You'll 
be getting that beachbody you want and at the same time driving your energy level through the roof! 

5. Supplements
It very important to supply your body with the nutrients needed to prepare for a workout and to repair your muscles after your workout. Taking them before working out helps you push harder during the workout. On the other hand, taking them early after your workout helps those muscles you just tore down to recover.
