Are you saying "Man, am I tired!"? Thinking about how you're gonna make it through the day let alone thorough a workout later? Guess what, you're not alone! We all tend to think that from time to time. I know I do. Ever wonder how those people we see on TV and magazines manage to get those bodies living their day to day lives? Here's what I think...
One thing that's important is that they want the best body and fitness that THEY can have. So many of us see the body of someone at a better fitness level and say, "That's the body I want!". So off we go on the journey to get just that. Another thing is that they are able to push past the tiredness and thoughts of "I can't" and do what needs to be done (the majority of the time) to get where they want to be. They have dedication. Dedication to hard work, diet, and exercise. Its a must. Not to mention they educate themselves so that they make smarter workout and diet decisions which helps them achieve their goals.
So what can we do? As mentioned before, we fall into the "I want that body" trap. The main problem with that is when someone sees that they aren't getting those results, they tend to become disappointed and quit! Nothing usually comes out of that except some weight gain. Why not do what the best tend do? Strive for the best "whatever" that we can have. The best body, the best fitness, the best health, the best dedication and the best whatever else we want to throw in there. Tired? How about just a 15-20 min workout instead of an hour. Once the blood and adrenaline starts pumping, that 15 min might easily turn into an hour. Also, lets get educated! With the Internet, all the magazines and classes etc., there's numerous ways to do just that so we're also able to make better workout and diet decisions. With those things, the results will come. Be happy with them. Be happy with the work put in to get them! Look at where you are now compared to you were! That's what we do!!
